SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

To schedule an appointment, please login to your patient portal and request an appointment. We are usually able to approve requests the very same day!

CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT

To cancel an appointment, please send us an email at office@advttc.com. Any cancellations made directly to your therapist or made with fewer than 24hrs notice will be subject to a $100 late cancellation fee. If you want to reschedule, you may request a new appointment in the portal after you have emailed us to cancel.
